Who We are

String and Clad is Nigeria's premier platform for nurturing and empowering the next generation of fashion designers: Tailors and makeup artists. Established in 2023 under String and Clad Limited, our mission is to drive positive change and make a lasting impact in the dynamic and competitive fashion industry.

Our Achievements:

In our inaugural season in 2023, String and Clad made waves by receiving over 1100 applications from talented tailors across Nigeria. Following rigorous auditions, we selected 50 exceptional contestants who showcased their skills, creativity, and passion for fashion.
  • . Throughout the season, our contestants underwent intensive training sessions focused on skill enhancement and business development, preparing them for the challenges ahead. After a series of eliminations, we narrowed down the field to the top 10 finalists who competed in the grand finale design runway battle.
  • At the grand finale, which was a spectacle of creativity and talent, our winner, first and second runner-up emerged, walking away with a total of 7,500,000 Naira in prizes. In addition, we awarded the top 10 contestants with three months of upgrade training scholarships worth 120,000 Naira each, further investing in their growth and development.
